We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team and undergo training on high-end CNC manufacturing equipment. The position will start with first-shift training to develop job knowledge and skills. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be expected to transition to off-shift work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Equipment Operation: Learn and operate high-end CNC manufacturing equipment with a focus on precision and quality.
- Measurement and Inspection: Acquire skills in using measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure product specifications are met.
- Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workstation to promote efficiency and safety.
- Data Recording: Accurately record in-process data on work travelers and enter information into the computer system.
- Workplace Integration: Adapt to a multi-ethnic workplace environment with effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Proficient in computer skills for data entry and process recording.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to complete tasks on time and adapt to a multi-tasking environment.
Working Hours:
1st Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
1st Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
3rd Shift 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
