As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our office. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle filing tasks to ensure the organization and accessibility of office documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases.
- Match paperwork with each vehicle accurately, ensuring precision in all transactions.
- Verify VIN numbers to maintain accuracy in our records and documentation.
- Provide assistance with various office tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, especially when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive or dealership environment is a plus.
- Strong punctuality and reliability with a consistent track record of on-time attendance.
- Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining consistent attendance and minimizing absences.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensación: $20.00 per hour
