We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading small inserts into cavity molds in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to maintain focus, adhere to safety protocols, and perform tasks efficiently to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Load small inserts into cavity molds according to specified guidelines and production requirements.
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and quality of the products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
Adjust machine settings and make necessary adjustments to optimize production and minimize downtime.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment operation.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.

Working Hours: 7:00AM-3:30PM

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
