Industrial Engineer

We are looking for a committed and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing production systems, enhancing productivity, and optimizing resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain capacity models to forecast output levels and identify bottlenecks.
- Lead initiatives to refine production processes, minimize waste, and boost overall efficiency.
- Align work cell demand with takt times to ensure smooth workflow and meet production goals.
- Collect and analyze production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and pinpoint improvement areas.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance production KPIs and overall quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Travel to our Woburn, MA facility to implement standardized systems and ensure uniformity across locations.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs.
- Ensure the plant’s operations are efficient, reliable, and safe, resolving any technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regularly between facilities.
Working Hours: 7:00AM-4:00PM
Compensation: $88,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
