As an Assembler, your primary duties involve assembling parts and mounting them into larger assemblies or castings, ensuring proper soldering and installation of wiring, and testing or troubleshooting the product. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality production standards and supporting the team in achieving production goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow technical instructions, interpret drawings, and adhere to manufacturing procedures.
- Use tools and test equipment responsibly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support the department supervisor in meeting production goals.
- Share knowledge and training to support team members.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related manufacturing experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
Working Hours: 7am - 3:30pm
Compensación: $18.00 per hour
