As a Production Assembly team member, you will be responsible for assembling components or products in a manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure efficient production operations and maintain quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
- Assemble parts or components to build products according to defined procedures and quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks.
- Inspect parts for defects or deviations from specifications and ensure corrective measures are taken.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks and tests on assembled products as required.
- Report any issues or problems with assembly processes to supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience in assembly or production roles preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move materials and products as needed.
Working Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm
Compensation: $18.25 per hour
