We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our team. The Solderer will be responsible for soldering electronic components onto circuit boards, ensuring high-quality and durable connections. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

- Solder electronic components onto circuit boards
- Inspect and test soldered connections for quality and durability
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Prepare and clean workpieces to ensure proper soldering
- Maintain and clean soldering equipment
- Identify and repair defects or issues in soldered joints
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards
- Document work processes and results
Qualifications:
- Soldering experience
- Detail-oriented
- Hand-eye coordination
- Technical reading
- Quality inspection
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in soldering or electronics (preferred)
Working hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
