We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. The Test Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with testing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and documenting test results.

Responsibilities:

Conduct tests on products using testing equipment according to established procedures.
Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation.
Troubleshoot issues with test equipment or products as needed.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve any quality or performance issues.
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing tests.
Communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the development of new testing procedures or protocols as needed.
Keep work area clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
Proven experience working as a Test Technician or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record and document test results.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
