Responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service by developing and implementing effective policies and procedures. Supports sales staff and collaborates with other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Prepares reports, updates customer records, and responds to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of departmental policies and procedures.
Support sales staff to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer service.
Generate and distribute daily reports and order acknowledgments.
Update customer records in the organization's database.
Provide backup support to other team members.
Participate in the Continuous Improvement Program to enhance customer service processes.
Respond to customer inquiries and communications promptly.
Attend regular customer service department meetings.
Inform internal staff about advertisements and campaigns impacting customer retention.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience with Syteline ERP system is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.

Working hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
