We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electrical components, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The primary duties include identifying issues, providing corrective actions, and implementing process improvements and methods to ensure the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance on mechanical and electrical components of machinery.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance.
Repair or replace defective parts as needed to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation of all work performed.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
