As an Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in identifying any defects or deviations from quality requirements.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conduct inspections of materials, components, and finished products according to established quality standards and procedures.
  • Use precision measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to perform accurate measurements and assessments.
  • Identify and document any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities found during inspections.
  • Communicate inspection results to relevant stakeholders, including production supervisors and quality control managers.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results and findings.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process optimization and efficiency.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior inspectors as required.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to quality assurance and inspection activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in quality control or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Inspector or quality control technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures, standards, and inspection techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and recording data.
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate inspection findings and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.

Working Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
