As a Production Operator specializing in webbing, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality webbing products according to company standards and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Set up and operate machinery and equipment to produce webbing products.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform regular quality inspections of products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Make adjustments to machinery and equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as necessary.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Assist with inventory management, including counting and replenishing materials.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and targets.
Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing or production operations preferred.
Experience with webbing production or related processes is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Flexibility to work different shifts as required.

Working hours: 6:00am-3:00pm

Compensation: $17.85 per hour
