As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills who can effectively monitor machinery, adjust settings as needed, and ensure that materials and products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Set up equipment and machinery to required settings for each production run.
Monitor the operation of machinery or equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Perform routine checks and inspections on machinery to identify any issues or abnormalities.
Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency.
Inspect materials or products produced by the machinery to determine whether they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or technical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect deviations from quality standards.
Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
