As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations by feeding materials into or removing materials from machines or equipment that are automatic or tended by other workers. This position requires a diligent individual who can work effectively within a team environment and ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

Feed materials into machines or equipment according to production specifications.
Monitor the flow of materials and adjust feed rates as necessary to maintain optimal machine performance.
Remove finished products or waste materials from machines or equipment and transfer them to designated areas.
Assist machine operators or other workers in loading and unloading materials as needed.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to uphold quality and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Working Hours: 5:45AM-6:15PM

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
