We have an exciting opportunity with a fast growing company for an experienced Shipping and Receiving specialist. The Shipping and Receiving Associate will play a crucial role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all shipping processes.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or invoices.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and arranging for carrier pickup or drop-off.
Utilize PC skills to update shipping records, maintain inventory databases, and generate shipping documents.
Coordinate with carriers for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and organization of storage areas.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a productive and collaborative work environment.
