We have an exciting opportunity for an entry Level Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join a fun and supportive team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of fabrics used in the manufacturing of brand clothing and high-end sails for boats. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will contribute to the overall quality control process in our manufacturing operations.

- Inspect fabrics used in the production of brand clothing and high-end sails for boats.
- Utilize manufacturing experience to ensure the quality and precision of inspected items.
- Work with small hands, demonstrating proficiency in detailed fabric inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely inspections.
- Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, upholding a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality control in the manufacturing process.
- Prioritize attitude and enthusiasm in hiring decisions over extensive experience.
- Provide feedback and reports on inspection findings to relevant departments.
Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in fabric inspection techniques and processes.
- Ability to work with small hands for detailed inspections.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Positive work history and a can-do attitude.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to prioritize attitude and potential over extensive experience in the hiring process.
Working hours: 6:00am-2:30pm
Pay: $18-$20/hr
