We have several positions open on 2nd & 3rd Shifts!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble and test machines and equipment.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, and wrenches to assemble and disassemble components.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions in machinery and equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress and identify issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and machine maintenance schedules.

Skills/Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience operating Metal Stamping or Coil Machinery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $20-$22/hr DOE
