Machine Operator

We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced production environment. We provide comprehensive training, and successful candidates will be part of a team working on a rotating shift schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
Set up machines according to specifications and perform routine calibrations.
Conduct regular quality checks on produced items and make adjustments as needed.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and address issues with machinery, escalating problems as needed.
Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining product quality.
Complete production logs, reports, and other documentation as required.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to submit to a marijuana drug screen.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including every other weekend.
Previous experience in machine operation is a plus, but not required (training provided).

Work Hours: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (Rotating Shifts, Every Other Weekend)
